Consolidated Marine was born from the recognized need to provide the Gulf Coast market and beyond with the very best of yacht sales and services.
With over 500 years of combined experience through its various outlets which include: The Waterford Harbor Sales Office, Seabrook Yacht Services, South Texas Yacht Services and Yacht Equipment Services we truly can offer the very best of the best services.
Mark Grinstead, President of Consolidated Marine, LLC says that he has envisioned this combined service/sales concept for some time and felt, given the market conditions, that now is the time to implement this concept. This Circle of Services concept provides outstanding service before, during and after the sale.
We will assist brokerage customers in evaluating their boat when considering selling by reviewing and pre-inspecting it for areas of concern so corrective action can be accomplished prior to the sale at a reduced cost to the seller.
Consolidated Marine will be in position to help maintain the quality of the vessel during the sales process by setting up scheduled inspections to ensure the boat stays in "sale" ready condition. Y.E.S. will provide the mechanical requirements and offer after the sale new electronic installs and continued maintenance.
Both of Consolidated Marine's repair yards, South Texas Yacht Services and Seabrook Yacht Services, will continue to offer complete repair services including bottom jobs, cosmetic repairs and major repairs to fiberglass, rigging, mechanical and underwater gear.
Both repair yards are prepared to help any boat owner with any needed yacht repair and are available to meet you any time on your boat to discuss any concerns or specific items needing attention.
"Consolidated Marine offers brokerage services through our office in Waterford Harbor", says Dave Foulkrod, operations manager for sales.
Jim Peachey has been named General Sales Manager. He has developed a unique opportunity for all current and future listing customers. Jim is offering a free quick-haul-out for qualified listings including a written inspection report. Jim says, "If we can assist in the sale of a yacht by providing an inspection of this nature it will be of great value to the prospective purchaser. No one in this business offers a free quick-haul-out and inspection of qualified vessels except Consolidated Marine."
Jim Glandt will head up dockside service operations and is available anytime to discuss upgrades to your boats electronics systems including air conditioning, engine service or any area of concern to you. Jim says that "with our desire to better service the area boating community and our Consolidated Marine philosophy, we are in a position to be the best of the best in our service efforts."
